If you need to communicate with co-workers, you might try using inter-office emails or through the phone instead.

Eat and rest well.

Eating a well-balanced diet and drinking enough fluids daily may help your body able to better withstand possible infections. Try also to get sufficient amounts of sleep regularly to help your body stay in good condition. Doing so would help keep your immune system strong.

Don't force yourself to work if you catch the flu.

In the even that you do catch the flu, you might be better off staying at home and taking the day off. You won't be doing your company any good if you force yourself to work despite your condition.
