Job interviews are aimed for interviewers to know more about a job applicant aside from what the job resume can provide. It is totally understandable that job candidates may have their own questions to ask and most hiring managers actually expect this. Here are some of the more important questions that may be asked for interviewers to answer.

Would I be working independently or with a team?

This question will help you better understand the job and the responsibilities that it might entail. It will also give you an idea of what your work environment would be. Depending on how the interviewer answer the question, you may be able to cite previous experiences on how you were able to work effectively in a team setting or how you were depended upon by your previous company to do your work independently.

Do you offer promotions and advancement from within the company?

This question is something that job candidates aiming to improve and grow usually ask. Hiring managers and employers would easily see that a job candidate may be ambitious and goal oriented and eager to grow just by asking such a question. On the part of the job candidate, asking the question may provide an idea on what it in store for him or her inside the company career wise.

Do you offer employee training programs?

Many hiring managers and employers like employees who care about their own career development. The interest that you show on this aspect of the job might even be a plus point on your part. To further improve your impression, you might also want to add some of the training programs and courses that you have completed in the past and career skills that you still want to expand further.
