Most jobs come with different levels of stress tied into them. Sadly, a lot of them are considered too stressful for comfort. It may just be considered good luck for some people to even land a low stress job that would be quite a joy to have. But usually, one doesn't have to rely on luck to have such a job. All it takes is too know what those types of jobs are.

A lot of people tend to look for low stress jobs in order to feel more relaxed and comfortable even while practicing their profession. Less stress on the job seems to be closely associated with job contentment and even good health. True enough, job stress, according to researchers, can really affect one's life in the physical sense. Too much job stress has been attributed to depression, sleep loss, memory loss and diseases such as stroke, heart disease and diabetes. Job stress can also greatly affect one's mental and emotional health eventually and may lead to problems with relationships.

One of the factors includes certain types of working conditions that present different levels of stress tolerance. Along with this, issues regarding earning potential, growth possibilities and annual job openings were also considered as part of making the lists in the said book.
