If your company lies to its customers, or makes promises they do not keep, get off the office as soon as you can. Changing the culture of your office is one of the most difficult, especially if the bosses prefer to stay in the status quo.
Do not stay in a job you feel stuck
You have ambitions and intentions of expanding your career, but could not do so because either your company is small, or you have been passed over for promotion because of lack of experience or mentoring opportunities. If that is the case, it is time to go.
Check if your contributions to improve work are implemented
The worse part would have to be when your suggestions or ideas on improving work or work environment seem to have fallen on deaf ears.
